Artist Statement
Lynn is an active artist, being part of three artist groups in the Lynnwood and Edmonds communities. She is an expressive painter using cold wax and oil and acrylic. She has exhibited her paintings in multiple venues in the Puget Sound area. Her gallery (Lynn Hanson Gallery) in Pioneer Square, Seattle has been selected to be part of the international Seattle Art Fair for 4 years.
Edmonds Connection
I have been active on the board of Art Walk Edmonds for many years and am on the Events Committee of the board. I have had a studio on EAST Studio Tour for most of the years it has been in existence. The last few years I have been part of the team that hangs the art in the gallery of the Edmonds Art Festival. I also have shown my art in the Edmonds Art Festival as well as a number of Art Walks.
